Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable ↑ TOP

Responsibilities:

  • Verify document support to record AP under company policy.
  • Enter all purchase in AP trade account in AP system.
  • Verify detail of tax invoice to be reliable VAT regulation for tax purchasing refund.
  • Ensure proper approvals and authorizations under power of authority.
  • Match invoices with delivery notes and purchasing order.
  • Provide payment voucher.
  • Perform monthly AP reconciliation and prepare monthly audit schedules.
  • Control AP to ensure accuracy existing transaction balance.
  • Provide transaction to transfer AP to AP more than 6 months account.
  • Review expense report and alert supervisor of inconsistencies.
  • Provide vendor Top 10 and Top 20 report to support.

Requirements:

Import & Export Supervisor ↑ TOP

Description:

To proceed the import & export processes with best-in-class service and cost effectiveness through the excellent partnership with the contracted freight forwarder and agents for approaching the business fully support as well as fully compliance with the rules and regulations on import and export.

Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledgement of import & export regulations & requirements, mainly for Thailand, and mentor and coach the I/E team members accordingly.
  • Freight Forwarder & agent management, from cost and service level perspectives.
  • Monitor on I/E process & continually seek for improvements.
  • Monitor on daily work of Import & Export activities & documentation & problem solving.
